Reinstatement Sum Insured
The Total Building Insurance is based on the reinstatement value of all the properties at your development being added together. Unfortunately, Bruce Stevenson Risk Management Ltd, are not qualified to give any advice on this and we would recommend that should you require any advice, please speak to your surveyor.
Deductible (Excess)
This is the amount that is deducted from every claim that is made under the Block Buildings Insurance Policy. The amount depends on the type of claim. Please refer to your individual schedule for further information.
